Vial Handling
Vial not dropped
This error results when a vial fails to lower from the tray to the
carousel. A sensor checks for a vial after the tray lifter lowers
the vial. Check the following then call an Agilent service
representative:
• Tray belt tension. See page 139.
• Tray position 1 alignment. See page 140.
• Carousel alignment. See page 142.
• Obstructions or dirt

Remove all vials
This error appears when the sampler tries to recover vials after
a vial handling error or after pressing the stop button. The
message indicates that the sampler found vials in an
unexpected carousel location. See Recovering from a vial
delivery error on page 177.
210 Tray too slow error
This error results when the tray motor encoder senses an
obstruction. Check and clear any obstruction to the tray chain.

Agilent service representative with the number and name of the
error.
211 Tray motor encoder error
This error results when the tray motor encoder is not
responding. See Recovering from a vial delivery error on
page 177. Call an Agilent service representative with the
number and name of the error.
