Changing the Sample Loop
Follow the steps in Table 12 to change the sample loop.

Step Action Notes
1 Remove the loop cover. Follow the
steps on page 130.
2 Loosen the bolt holding the back of
the loop mandrel to the manifold
body.
• Use a 7-mm wrench to loosen the bolt
shown below.
3 Remove the plumbing from the
six-port valve.
• Use a 7-mm wrench to loosen the two
nuts connecting the sample loop to
ports 1 and 4 of the six-port valve. See
the figure below.
