9.4.3 Cl module
IMPORTANT
To prevent errors always note:
−
Connect measuring cell with stirrer rod (filled with electrolyte) and electrode before
switching on the analyzer.
−
Start the multiWin software approx. 3 min after switching on the analyzer.
multiWin: no connection to the Cl sensor
Cause Solution
− No communication between internal
computer and coulometer.
− Cl module not switched on
− Observe switching-on sequence:
1. switch on basic unit
2. switch on Cl module
3. Wait approx. 3 min until the coulometer
communicates with the internal computer.
4. start the multiWin software
− connection cable not connected or
faulty
− check cable connection
multiWin: wrong command structure Cl sensor
Cause Solution
− fault during data transmission
coulometer – internal computer
− re-initialize analyzer
− inform Service
multiWin: indication error
Cause Solution
− electrode connector not connected
− electrode faulty
− connect electrode and re-initialize device
− replace faulty electrode
− inform Service
