Self-propelled sprayer ATOM
Fuel inspection glass:
Change inspection glass filter when changing the engine fuel filter, or when the filter shows dirt.
Use only high quality fuel (specification ASTM D975 or EN 590).
Service interval is reduced according to:
fuel contamination
filter clogging (alarm signal)
presence of water in fuel (WIF alarm signal)
When using Biodiesel (according to UNI EN 14214), it can be mixed up to 5% with standard fuel,
according to EN 590.
Fuel filter has a WIF (Water In Fuel) sensor.
If the WIF lamp turns on, follow these steps:
Stop the engine, remove ignition key.
Wait some minutes for cooling of components.
Put a container under the filter.
Unscrew the WIF sensor (1), let the fuel come out until it has no more water inside.
Tighten again the sensor (1).
Do NOT let all fuel come out of the filter.
If all fuel comes out, remove the filter, manually fill up the filer and perform bleeding operation.
If the signal of water in the pre-filter (WIF) does not turn off after drainage, the filter must be replaced.
