7.14 NOZZLES
Check and clean nozzles and cores every day. Replace worn out parts.
Replace cores if the spray is not uniform or when the flow exceeds 10 % more than the nominal value
for the given operating pressure.

3) No-drip unit

6) Nozzle nut
After cleaning, keep lubricated the nozzles: put some oil between the fix and rotating body of the nozzle and
rotate the nozzle.
Periodically remove the cores from the nozzle and clean them accurately. Use compressed air or
nylon brushes.
Periodically clean the no-drip valve: unscrew its top cover and open the no-drip valve. Check the
diaphragm and the spring.
