Use compressed air (max 3 bar | 43.5 PSI).
Wear protective glasses and mask to avoid risk of dust and particles inhalation or contact with
eyes.
7.9 ENGINE ATS
7.9.1 ATS – R754IE4
ATS system is based on a filter DOC (Oxicat catalyst) + DPF (particulate filter):
1) Exhausts temperature sensor
2) Pressure ports
Filter outside can reach high temperature (> 600°C).
Danger! It may cause burns.
Service operations MUST be done by authorized staff. Wear adequate
protective devices.
The filter is connected to a pressure sensor, located at the back of the machine:
1) DPF pressure sensor
When the DPF lamp on main instrument lights on, the filter is clogged and it is necessary to activate
the regeneration of the filter.
It is possible to run the machine at medium/high engine loads to regenerate the filter.
