7.13.4 Fast pressure regulator for automatic controller

This type of pressure regulator do not have an integrated system to compensate pressure; the automatic
controller will compensate the pressure.
This type of pressure regulator does NOT have any limitation on maximum pressure value.
Therefore it must be always used in combination with a safety maximum pressure valve.
