7.6 Operation Procedure
(8) Check of address number setting
The settings of the address numbers of the device under test and the selected
equipment to be used for the measurement are checked. The check is made based
on the response to be returned when a command unique to the equipment is sent
to the address numbers set in items [4] and [9].
Two types of messages are displayed for this check.
If the number that has been set is different from that of the connected equipment
, the message shown in Fig. 7-28 is displayed.
On the other hand, if no equipment are connected to the set number, the message
shown in Fig. 7-29 is displayed. When the Cancel button is selected in the
message box shown in Fig. 7-29, this program is forcibly terminated.

(9) Inputting programmable attenuator calibration factor
When an item (which uses the calibration factor of the programmable attenua-
tion) is selected on the selected measurement items; the message shown in Fig. 7-
30 is displayed, and the screen moves to the calibration factor input screen.
