Span FREQ = 10 MHz
SG: OUTPUT FREQ. = 1000 MHz + X Hz
[2] Adjustment
• Set X = 4 MHz.
• Adjust with the R53 of A1002.
• Confirm that the measurement screen of MT8802A becomes as figure-C.
[3] Confirmation
• Set X=0, ±5 MHz.
• Confirm that the measurement screen of MT8802A become as figures-D ·
