2 - TEXT MODE: The text mode test asks you to position the
cursor over four different numbers that are located on the screen,
and then press the appropriate button. y^
8530 Test H
This test checks channels A and B of the Z8530 serial interface.
The same serial loopback used for the 8250 may be used for
complete testing of this port.

The Video Option Board can be tested with the System Test by -
using option "23" from the "MENU C." This option appears in
"MENU C" only when the Video Option Board is present.

Note: Option 23 will NOT be displayed if the Video Option
Board is not present or is improperly installed.
