400—Keyboard Tests
The 400 series tests are the Keyboard Tests. The error messages
for this series of tests are listed below:
401 Bad 8041 Controller on Motherboard.
402 Bad 8039, 8049, or 8749 in the Keyboard, or no Keyboard
connected.
40 3 8039, 8049, or 8749 in the Keyboard indicates a stuck key
error. The scan code listed in the error message
provides the location of a stuck key.
