8530 Test
This test checks channels A and B of the Z8530 serial interface.
The same serial loopback used for the 8250 may be used for
complete testing of this port.
The Video Option Board can be tested with the System Test by
using option "23" from the "MENU C" options. This option
appears in "MENU C" only when the Video Option Board is
present.
Note: Option 23 will NOT be displayed if the Video Option
Board is not present or is improperly installed.
After giving the choice for the "PAUSE ON ERROR?" question,
the System Test displays the following menu listing all tests
available for the Video Option Board:
0 - RETURN TO MAIN MENU
1 - MEMORY TEST
2 - TRANSPARENT MODE
3 - TEXT WITH 400 LINE GRAPHICS
4 - TEXT WITH 200 LINE GRAPHICS
5 - 400 LINE GRAPHICS, 4 BIT PLANES, FULL LUT
6 - REDUCED LUT TEST CLITTLEBITJ
10 - RUN ALL OF THE ABOVE TESTS
