Low-Level Format
The Low-Level Format operation is started by pressing key "3",
followed by the ENTER key on the "Main Menu."
If the HDU has been selected, the following steps are performed:
Note: If the HDU appears to have a low-level format, the
following warning message will appear:

- LOW LEVEL FORMAT -
DRIVE SELECTED # 1 OR 2
WARNING THIS DISK APPEARS TO BE LOW LEVEL FORMATTED.
DO YOU WISH TO CONTINUE ( Y or N ) ?
If the user responds "N" or "n", followed by the ENTER key, the
program will return to the Main Menu.
