Replacing Memory Expansion Board
1. Turn the System Module and all external devices OFF.
2. Unplug the ac power cable from the rear panel.
3. Loosen the two screws that secure the upper cover.
4. Slide the upper cover forward approximately 0.5 inch and
lift it from the System Module.
5. Remove the screw that secures the Memory Expansion
Board retaining bracket to the rear panel.
6. Carefully remove the Memory Expansion Board from the
Bus Converter.
If Bank 2 has been populated with memory chips to expand the
system memory to 640 KB, remove the chips from the faulty
expansion board and insert them into the replacement board.
To reinstall the Memory Expansion Board, perform the removal
procedures in reverse order.
