1.
Turn
the
System
Module
and
all
external
devices
OFF.

Unplug
the
ac
power
cable
from
the
rear
panel.

If
necessary,
disconnect
all
cables
(Display,
Keyboard,

Printer,
etc.)
from
the
rear
panel
of
the
System
Module.

After
you
have
determined
which
board
(Motherboard
or

Memory
Expansion
Board)
the
faulty
RAM
chip
resides
on,
'
remove
the
appropriate
System
Module
cover.
5.
Determine
the
location
of
the
faulty
chip
as
discussed
in
the
section
"TROUBLESHOOTING
WITH
SYSTEM
TEST
-
Random
Access
Memory
(RAM)."

the
faulty
RAM
chip

and
