911 Low-Level Format Test failed (only on System Test).
912 Write and Verify Surface failed (determines bad block
list) (only on System Test).
930 Too many bad blocks. (If the HDUs available disk space
is less than the nominal value, the drive must be
replaced.)
931 Bad Block Determination Test failed.
932 Track 00 or 01 or 02 or 03 Bad (only on System Test).
[All of the first four cylinders of the drive (cylinders 0
to 3) must be good.]
Status words may also be displayed to aid in fault isolation. The
status words for HDU (900 series) tests are listed in Figure 4-8.
