10. Is continuity okay? ■
YES Continue.
NO Replace the power cable with a new one and
attempt to boot the Operating System.
11. Inspect the MFD Unit signal cable. (It may be necessary to
remove the Lower System Module Cover to unplug the cable
from the Motherboard.)
12. Does the signal cable appear to be in good condition?
YES Continue.
NO Replace the signal cable with a new one and
attempt to boot the Operating System.
13. Replace the cables back to their original position.
14. Slide the drive assembly back to the locked position.
15. Refer to "Power Supply Check."

n 17. If the Operating System does not boot after replacing the
' ' MFD Unit, replace the Motherboard.
