If the following description and the actual appearance do not
agree, reject the board.
Line 2: The background consists of vertical, narrow stripes.
The color combination is gray, blue, gray, black. On a
monochrome monitor, this shows as gray and black stripes.
Line 3: The moving stripes are green and black with a
horizontal back and forth movement.
Line 5: The striped text has a color combination of blue,
purple, green, and yellow background. Two shades of gray on
a black background are displayed on a monochrome monitor.
