APPENDIX A: SWITCHES AND JUMPERS
DRIVE SELECT 1-4 (JUMPER PRESET)
Drive select, when logically true, connects the drive to the control
lines. Only one drive select line may be active at a time.
Jumper options DSl, DS2, DS3, and DS4 determine the drive select
line that will activate the interface for that drive.
Seven HDtJs that can be used with the AT&T PC 6300 are shown
in Figures A-33 to A-39.

Terminator Pack
In a daisy chain configuration, the terminator pack must be
removed from all drives except the last unit.
