can enter comma
separated string values of
supervisors.
For example :
6551=Supervisor1, sales:
6552=Supervisor2,
helpdesk:
6553=Supervisor3;
6554=Supervisor4,
meaning 6551 is available
for all call centers, 6552 is
specific for sales and 6553
and 6554 are specific for
helpdesk
This parameter is used
only if XSI_URL is empty.
Note:
Avaya J129 IP Phone
does not support this
feature.
