The phone supports basic and advance call features in the RingCentral
®
mode. You can use the
RingCentral
®
mode by setting the 3PCC_SERVER_MODE to 4.

Selecting an Open SIP operation mode through the settings file
Set the following parameter in the 46xxsettings.txt file to enable the required Open SIP
operation mode:
Parameter name Default value Description
3PCC_SERVER_MODE 0 Specifies the Open SIP server that Avaya
J100 Series IP Phones should interact with.
When set to 0, Avaya J100 Series IP Phones
identify the call control server as a generic SIP
server.
When set to 1, Avaya J100 Series IP Phones
identify the call control server as BroadSoft
server.
When set to 2, Avaya J100 Series IP Phones
identify the call control server as 3CX server.
When set to 3, Avaya J100 Series IP Phones
identify the call control server as Netsapiens
server.
When set to 4, Avaya J100 Series IP Phones
identify the call control server as RCO
server.Avaya J129 IP Phonedoes not support
this value.
When set to 5, Avaya J100 Series IP Phones
identify the call control server as RCO
server.Avaya J129 IP Phonedoes not support
this value.
Note:
This parameter is applicable only if
ENABLE_3PCC_ENVIRONMENT is set
to 1.
