party servers don't backup

Value operation:
• 0: uses
ADMINTIMEFORMAT
• 1: AM or PM format
• 2: 24 hour format
TLS_VERSION 0 Specifies the TLS version
used for all TLS
connections (except SLA
monitor agent)
Value operation:
0: TLS versions 1.0 and
1.2 are supported.
1: TLS version 1.2 only is
supported.
