Calibrating Instruments - 81
Figure 67: Creating new instrument - configuration, page 3
Fourth page of the creating new instrument configuration data
(Procedure) describes parameters:
Calibration Points (Predefined) - define own calibration steps (number
of steps, step size and percentage) or select one of the predefined sets;
Repeat Format - defines way of advancing for calibration points;
Max Point Deviation (%) - specifies how much the saved calibration
point can differ from the nominal calibration point;
Point Delay (s) - defines how long the device will wait before accepting
the point (automatic acceptance checked);
Points are Input / Output - specifies if the calibration points are
calculated form input or from output;
Stability Check - instrument checks the signal stability before saving the
reading;
Automatic Acceptance - accepts points automatically after considering
all preconditions (e.g. point delay, stability, etc.);
