A link-group is only active after the minimum-members and
offset-metric are configured in the profile. The revert-members
is default to minimum-members if it is not configured.

(Optional) If link-group is configured on the interface, when showing the
IS-IS interface-related topology, this command displays the link-group
and current offset-metric value.
