Troubleshooting
This chapter describes how to identify and resolve software problems related to the Cisco IOS software
on the Catalyst 3750-E or 3560-E switch. Depending on the nature of the problem, you can use the

ommand-line interface (CLI), the device manager, or Network Assistant to identify and solve problems.
Unless otherwise noted, the term switc
h refers to a Catalyst 3750-E or 3560-E standalone switch and to
a Catalyst 3750-E switch stack.
