NOTE
You ca n install the phpMyAd min pac k age to manage your My SQ L server.
You can reset the root password by clicking

. The password
of MySQL root will be reset to “admin” after executing this function.
You ca n re-initialize the MySQ L da tab as e by click ing
Re-Initialize Database
. All
the data on MySQL database will be cleared after executing this function.
PKG Plugins
From the
Ap p lic ati ons > PKG Plugi ns
window, you can instal l PKG packages to
add more functions to the NAS. Before you install the packages, make sure the
files are correct, read the instructions carefully, and back up all important data on
the NAS. Download the software package that you want to install on NAS to your
computer.
To install a previously installed PKG package:
STEP 1
Choose
Applications > PKG Plugins
from the Navigation menu. The
PKG Plugins
window opens.
STEP 2
Click the PKG application that you want to install. The
PKG Plugins
window opens .
STEP 3
Click the web page link for the application. The web page for the application
opens.
STEP 4
Follow the instr uctions on the application web page to c ontinue installing the
package.
