3.10.7 Hudson Chuck Attachment
(K113)
This attachment is designed to drive accessories
with Hudson type fittings.
Specifications:
1. To attach a Hudson Chuck attachment,
reference “3.10.2 Connecting/Removing
Attachments” on page 102).
2. To insert a Hudson Shank accessory into the
Hudson Chuck attachment:
(a) Pull the locking sleeve chuck back.
Insert the accessory and release the
locking sleeve.
(b) Ensure the accessory is fully seated by
pulling outward on it.
3.10.8 ASIF/AO Twist Drill Chuck
Attachment (K114A)
This attachment is designed to drive drill bits
with ASIF/AO (Synthes) type fittings.
Specifications:
1. To attach an ASIF/AO Drill Chuck
attachment, reference “3.10.2 Connecting/
Removing Attachments” on page 102).
2. To insert an ASIF/AO drill bit into the an
ASIF/AO Drill Chuck attachment:
(a) Pull the locking sleeve chuck back.
Insert the accessory and release the
locking sleeve.
(b) Ensure the drill bit is fully seated by
pulling outward on it.
