2.1.2.5 Connecting a PowerPro
Handpiece
1. If using the Advantage controller:
NOTE: The Power
Pro Electric Modular
(PRO2100E) and Two-Trigger (PRO2200E)
Handpieces can only be operated from Port 3
on the bottom section of the Advantage
controller.
(a) Plug the Power
Pro handpiece cord
connector directly into the Port 2 or
Port 3 receptacle of the controller.
2. If using the E9000 or Power
Pro controller:
(a) Plug the Power
Pro handpiece cord
connector directly into the handpiece
receptacle.
2.1.3 Controller Options/Function
Switches and Settings
Before turning on the controller, set the
“OPTIONS/FUNCTION” switches to the
desired operating position. See pages 37 through
46 for an explanation of each switch function,
how to set them, and their factory default
settings.
NOTE: When viewing the switches, the
operative position is determined by the
indented portion of each switch. The related
photo indicates all switches are currently set
to the “OFF” position.
