Pulse or Encoder Position

Enable Output
Motor Status
[Comparison] can be any of the following
= Equal to
> Greater than
< Less than
>= Greater than or equal to
<= Less than or equal to
=! Not Equal to

Indicate end of program.
Program status changes to idle when END is reached.
