II-5-8-2 Mail Alert
This page allows you to specify Mail Server profile, who will get the notification e-mail,
what the content is and when the message will be sent.
Available settings are explained as follows:
Item Description
Index Check the box to enable such profile.
Mail Service Use the drop down list to choose mail service object. All
of the available objects are created in Object
Settings>>SMS/Mail Service Option. If there is no object
listed, click Mail Service link to define a new one with
specified service provider.
Recipient Type the e-mail address of the one who will receive the
notification message.
Notify Profile Use the drop down list to choose a message profile. The
recipient will get the content stated in the message
profile.
You can click the Notify Profile link to define the content
of the mail message.
Schedule (1-15) Type the schedule number that the notification will be
sent out.
You can click the Schedule(1-15) link to define the
schedule.
After finishing all the settings here, please click OK to save the configuration.
