4.10.5.5 Timing relay, flashing
You can set the mark to space ratio to 1:1 or 1:1.
Time value I1: mark time
Time value I2: space time
Mark-to-space ratio=1:1 flashing: S1 equals S2. Mark-to-space ratio 1:1
flashing: S1 not equal S2.

1: trigger coil TTx
2: Stop coil HTx
3: Reset coil RTx
4: Switch contact (N/O) Tx
Range A: The relay flashes for as long as the Trigger coil is activated.
Range B: The stop coil interrupts the timing out of the set time.
Range C: The reset coil resets the relay.
