Maximum (-) Slope is the largest negative slope measured using a 2% of the total
points in the Profile length (x-axis) differential. Thus, the equation for slope calculation is
as follows:
Slope at point n = (Value at point (n + 10) – Value at point n) / (10 * Log interval in
seconds)

The values below are the largest negative slope values calculated for each channel.
The larger the slope, the faster the temperature is falling (cooling).
