Adjust Conveyor, if installed (inline system, automatic adjustment)
Job
The conveyor back rail must be adjusted to the
PCB width of loaded job. In case of a conveyor
with automatic width adjustment the following
steps will adjust the ba
ckrail automatically. The
conveyor width is given by the PCB Definition
(
Teach - Recipe - PCB Definition) and is stored
Check whether the move range is
free of any objects which could
damage the conveyor backrail.
Check PCB Support Pins
Check for correct height, for correct support
spots and in case of double sided assembly that
the pins do not destroy any placed components.
