Outputting DMX
In order to output control levels from your console, you must connect a Net3 gateway or Net2 node.
If your device receives Net3 or ETCNet2 directly, no gateway or node is required.
Nodes and gateways must be given an IP address before they can function with Eos. This may
require using NCE (Network Configuration Editor) or GCE (Gateway Configuration Editor) and a
Windows
®
PC to configure the gateways or nodes. The NCE or GCE Software CD and related user
manuals and setup guides shipped with your gateway or node. Use these materials to prepare
them for use with Eos.
