Alarms/Errors Overview
OPUCn

Alarms
MSIM (Multiplex Structure Identifier Mismatch)
RX: The RX Payload Structure Identifier (PSI) information does not
match the expected HO Multiplex Structure Identifier defined.
TX: Corrupts the content of the PSI bytes associated to the ODUk.
LOOMFI (Loss of OPU Multi-Frame Identifier)
RX: OOMFI is present for at least 3 ms.
OOMFI (Out of OPU Multi-Frame Identifier)
RX: OPU Multi-frame Identifier number are in error for at least
5 consecutive OTUC frames.
PLM (Payload Mismatch) is available when the OPU-PLM check box is
selected.
RX: The Payload Structure Identifier (PSI) field does not match the
expected PT for at least 3 consecutive frames.
MSIM Monitoring check box when selected (default) monitors the
MSIM alarm.
Errors
OMFI (OPU Multi-Frame Identifier)
RX: Invalid OMFI word sequence detected.
