A The average number of noise hits per second.
B The highest number of noise hits per second since the start of
the test. The time shows when the peak was recorded.
C The minimum level of noise considered to be a noise hit. To
change the threshold, press
L Stop; then use A D.
To stop the test, press L Stop.
If the 10BASE-T standard is selected, the screen also shows a
PASS/FAIL result. PASS means than no 10-second interval included
more than two noise hits. FAIL means than more than two noise
hits were detected during a 10-second interval.
