3 Hold the left and right tabs of the
booklet staple cartridge, and then
lift the cartridge to remove.
4 Remove the jammed staples as
shown in the figure.
5 Hold the left and right tabs on the
booklet staple cartridge to return
the cartridge to its original position,
and gently push the cartridge until
you hear it click into place.
6 Return the unit to its original
position.
7 Close the front cover of the finisher.
Note • A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate unless the front cover is
completely closed.
If the staples cannot be removed after carrying out the above procedures, contact our
Customer Support Center.
