Starts the wizard for the migration of the BS2000 VM.
i This action is only available if the SU is a member of an SU Cluster and LM is
possible. The second SU must also be in the VM2000 mode operating mode. See
also section “SU Cluster” on page 45. Further details are provided in the
"Cluster Solutions for SE Servers" whitepaper [8].
