Tier 2 programming menus
This section guides you through the following programming tier 2 menu items as they appear in sequence:

Each menu on tier 2 represents a group of settings related to the menu name. Some tier 2 menus break down
into settings that affect the whole system (global) or a specific partition.
To advance to tier 2 program menus from tier 1 System programming menu, do the following:
1. With the system in program mode and the display showing SYSTEM PROGRAMMING, press # once.
2. The display shows SECURITY., which is the first tier 2 menu.
Shortcut numbers
To go directly to a setting in tier 2, you can enter the shortcut number for that setting. Shortcut numbers in this
manual appear in parentheses, next to the setting name. Menus with partition settings have the series of
shortcut numbers in parentheses. Shortcut numbers can be used from any setting location within tier 2.
