You can connect the instrument’s current input terminals to the measurement line’s L side (Hi
side) as shown in the figure below and perform measurement using either Method 1 (connect-
ing the current input terminals to the load side) or Method 2 (connecting the voltage input termi-
nals to the load side), but these setups are susceptible to the effects of common-mode voltage.
To reduce the effects of common-mode voltage, it is recommended to connect the current input
terminals to the measurement line’s N side (Lo side).
