1.3 Names and Functions of Parts
The shift state is automatically canceled after Approx. 10 seconds. When the RECTIFIER key is pressed,
the shift state is canceled after Approx. 2 seconds.
If key operation causes a message or indication that is not described in this manual to be displayed,
immediately cycle the instrument’s power.
