2.3 Connecting the Power Cord
Before turning the instrument on, make sure the supply voltage matches that indi-
cated on the its power inlet. Connection to an improper supply voltage may damage
the instrument and present an electrical hazard.
Rated supply voltage: 100 V AC to 240 V AC, rated power supply frequency:
50 Hz/
60 Hz
To avoid electrical accidents and to maintain the safety specifications of this instru-
ment, connect the power cord provided only to a 3-contact (two- conductor +
ground) outlet.
Turn off the power before disconnecting the power cord.
Rear
1 Check that the instrument’s power is
turned off.
2 Connect a power cord that matches
the line voltage to the power inlet on
the instrument.
3 Plug the other end of the power cord
into an outlet.
