What to do if no sound from Icom IC-7800 speaker?
    • C
      christina78Sep 6, 2025
If you can't hear any sound from the speaker of your Icom Transceiver, there are a few potential causes. First, the volume level might be too low, so rotate the [AF] control clockwise to increase it. Second, the squelch might be closed; turn the [SQL] to the 10 o’clock position to open it. Lastly, the transceiver might be in transmitting condition; push [TRANSMIT] to receive, or check the SEND line of an external unit if one is connected.
