In Figure56, the customer selected a $30.00 Hand Wax Super Wash and paid with a gift card. The
card contained a balance of only $10.00. The Insufficient Funds screen appeared. The customer
selected Add Value to Gift Card, and then entered $20.00, which he paid in cash. A ten percent
promotional increase was in effect, which added another $2.00 to the value of the card. The card
was processed successfully and charged $30.00. This left a $2.00 balance on the gift card.
