To ensure a long service life, store the Instagrid ONE at temperatures between 0 °C and 23 °C in an
environment with low humidity.
9.2. Transport and Shipping
Transport is understood to mean any change of location of the Instagrid ONE including shipping.
Please follow the further instructions on transport in our most recent version of the user manual, sec-
tion “Transport and Shipping”, which can be found on our home page:
https://instagrid.co/manuals.
The lithium-ion-batteries included are subject to the requirements of the hazardous goods law;
pertinent national and international provisions must be complied with.
Before transport, activate [Transport] mode [Chapter 6.2.] by moving the rotary switch [3] in
position and remove any connected cables and/or consumers.
Ensure that the operating state of the Instagrid ONE does not change during transport
The Instagrid ONE must only be shipped in an undamaged state. Further regulations of the ship-
ping service provider must be observed.
Please contact Instagrid if a return shipment is necessary due to a defect or malfunction, see Chapter
12..
