11. Manufacturer’s Declaration
11.1. Declaration of Conformity
It is herewith conrmed that the product Instagrid ONE of the manufacturer Instagrid
GmbH complies with the requirements of the applicable EU directives, including all relevant
amendments. This declaration ceases to be eective as soon as modications of electro-
mechanical relevance are made to the device. A detailed declaration of conformity can be

11.2. WEEE Declaration / Disposal
The Instagrid ONE is marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin. This means that,
according to the applicable EU directives with regard to end-of-life electric and electronic
devices as well as batteries and rechargeable batteries and their transposition into national
law, the Instagrid ONE must not be disposed of with household waste.
At the end of its useful life, the used Instagrid ONE should be discharged as far as possible and
handed in at authorised collection points. The regulations on environmentally sound disposal must
be observed.
The integrated battery modules must only be removed from the Instagrid ONE by a qualied specialist.
In case of improper storage and disposal, the chemical ingredients of batteries can damage health and
environment and cause res and explosions.
11.3. Output and shelf life parameters (EU Regulation
2023/1542 on batteries and end-of-life batteries)
This document contains output and shelf life data as well as an explanation of the conditions that were
used for their derivation, as stipulated in EU Regulation 2023/1542 on batteries and end-of-life batter-
ies, Article 10.
The actual use, storage and environmental conditions have an inuence on the service life. The service
life prognosis does not entail any warranty claims.
