2A Basic organisation of memories and chases
2.00 How the Event Stores Information
The information required to control stage lighting instruments is recorded into two
basic units: Memories and Chases.
These basic units can be further organised and grouped to suit a particular
performance or show.
-A Page consists of a factory-defined group of Memories and Chases.
-A File consists of a user-defined group of Memories, Chases and Stacks.
-A Stack consists of a sequence of Memories and Chases.
The way these items relate to each other can be seen in diagram 2A.
