Midi Note messages run from 0 to 127.
The Event software up to version 3.1 has the MIDI Note numbers as 1 - 128. When using
the table below add 1 to each Note number.

MIDI Note Messages
To link two Event desks together connect a cable, wired as detailed below between
the DMX output of the slave desk to the MIDI input on the master desk.
