Causes (Items to be checked)
Check whether something is wrong with hook.
(Play of inner hook is large or rotation is not
smooth.)
Check whether thread tension is too low.
Check whether threading is wrong.
Check whether the spring for idle-prevention
is weak.
Check whether cloth is properly rolled.
Check whether cloth is properly rolled.
Check whether position of hemming binder is
proper.
Corrective measures
Replace the hook with a new one.
Increase the thread tension.
Properly pass the thread.
Raise the spring or replace it with a new one.
Adjust by handling so that hemming of the bottom
can be properly performed.

(Rolling is stabilized when the ruler located on the
right side of hemming binder is set to the position

contact with the presser foot (asm.).)
