The QDD-400G-ZR transceiver can be installed in the top 12 QSFP56-DD ports and 10
boom QSFP56-DD ports.
The QDD-400G-ZR-M transceiver can be installed in the top 12 QSFP56-DD ports and 6
boom (in separate 1x2 cages) QSFP56-DD ports.
We Recommend that you install the top ports with QDD-400G-ZR or QDD-400G-ZR-M
transceivers before installing the boom ports.
Temperature derang due to altude does not occur.
Table 2 on page 10 describes the maximum number of ports for each interface type supported by the
QSFP56-DD ports.

You congure ports to operate at a parcular speed by using the appropriate speed opon. If you
congure a port to operate at a certain speed, and you want to return the port to the default
conguraon, delete the speed statement from the conguraon at the [interfaces
interface-name
]
hierarchy level and commit the conguraon. The network port is reset to the default Ethernet
interface.
